| Probably the best work simulation station I have seen. Lots of hands on time. Was the most of any classes I’ve been in (that’s good). Presentation was great and Sam Thompson was smart and right to the point. I will recommend that other I/E personnel from our plant get a chance to come to this class. Found nothing negative. | |
| Hank Booker, 25 years I/E experience | |

| Chris Lynch, 10 years I/E experience | |
| I thought it was a good class. I think that others would benefit from the techniques mostly by building their self-confidence. I liked the loose wires and bad relays more than just pushing a button to solve the problem. One of the tests should involve at least one of these. | |
| No signature | |
| Good fundamental approach to troubleshooting. Instructor was well prepared, personable, and helpful. Great simulators and prints. Suggestions/Observations: Spend more time on overheads-where readings should be taken-what would you expect to see. Maybe have a simple example of the single line where you can see the readings of actual testing. Class may be better suited to new trainees as a tune-up for experienced people. May be a one day class, especially for experienced people. | |
| Vincent Galbreath, 20 years I/E experience |
| Chevron Refinery - Richmond, California |
| Method is repeatable and consistent, should work anywhere. Good teaching technique, easy to understand, easy system to remember. Substituting bad order parts is helpful-keeps me from getting "complacent" with methodology. Prints were well done, accurate, easy to follow. Don’t see this too often at work. May help to use those "bad" parts more. | |
| Dave Newbry, 20 tears I/E experience | |
| Instructor was very good, easy to talk to, easy to understand, knowledgeable. Liked method taught, can be transferred to others. Very consistent. I think our people could do this class in 1 day. 2 days is too long. The prints were right "not real world". Maybe get wrong prints that might be second day stuff. Thank you. I enjoyed it. | |
| Greg Goodman, 10 years I/E experience | |
| I felt it gave me a systematic method to troubleshoot, instead of a random less planned attack that I used the first day. The class was informative and easy to follow. The test equipment was well set up. Some times improved also due to becoming familiar with the test station. | |
